Effective April 1, 2026. We rewrite these in human language whenever we change them — no "by continuing to use the service" silent updates.
/01Acceptance
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or fetching any listing through the SDK, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the marketplace.
/02What we provide
A discovery surface and a settle layer for digital artifacts: skills, agents, MCP servers, prompts, workflows, and code. We do not produce these artifacts. We do not warrant them beyond the auto-scan badge they carry at time of purchase.
/03Sellers
You are responsible for the IP, licensing, and lawfulness of every artifact you list.
You agree to receive USDC payouts directly to the wallet you registered. We never custody.
You agree to honor the refund policy you selected at publish time.
We may delist any artifact that violates the trust & safety policy or applicable law. Severe violations result in account suspension.
/04Buyers
Wallet signatures are binding. We treat a signed EIP-3009 authorization as consent to pay.
Refunds are governed by the seller's policy, with the exception of the automatic 5xx refund on x402 endpoints.
You agree not to misuse, redistribute, or resell artifacts beyond what the listing license permits.
/05Liability
The marketplace is provided on an "as is" basis. Our maximum aggregate liability to any user, in any 12-month period, is the platform fees we collected from that user — which is zero. This is not a loophole; it is a design choice.
/06Changes
We update these terms when we ship things that materially change the deal. We notify by email and pin a changelog entry. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
/01What we collect
Wallet address. Public by definition.
Email, if you choose to add one (optional, used for receipts and incident alerts).
Listing telemetry. Calls, settles, refunds — aggregated for the seller's dashboard and the public trending list.
Server logs. IP, user agent, request path. Retained 30 days, then deleted.
/02What we do not collect
No third-party trackers. No Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics, no Hotjar, no Segment.
No tying buyer wallets to off-chain identity. We do not run KYC on buyers.
No selling of any data, ever, to anyone. This is not a "we may share with partners" clause.
/03Where it lives
Primary database in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Edge caches in 14 regions, no PII at the edge. Backups in eu-west-1, encrypted at rest.
/04Your rights
You can export everything we have on you from the dashboard, and delete your account from the same page. Deletion is real — data is purged within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax records on sales above the relevant threshold).
/01The short version
We use one functional cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or "personalization" cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond what's strictly necessary to operate the site.

/03Local storage
The dashboard caches a few of your settings in localStorage so the page renders instantly on reload. Cleared with a sign-out.
/01If you believe a listing infringes your rights
Send a notice to [email protected] with: (1) identification of the work, (2) the listing URL, (3) your contact info, (4) a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized agent, and (5) your signature.
We acknowledge within 24 hours and act on valid notices within 48. Listings are paused (not deleted) on receipt; the seller is notified and may file a counter-notice.
/02If you got a notice and disagree
File a counter-notice from the listing's seller page. Provide the analogous statement, your contact info, and consent to the jurisdiction. We restore the listing within 10–14 business days unless the rights holder files a court action.
/03Repeat infringers
Sellers with three valid takedowns in any 12-month window are permanently banned. We don't grade on a curve here.
/04Transparency
We publish anonymized DMCA volume in the quarterly transparency report. Last quarter: 4 valid takedowns, 11 invalid (rejected on substance), 0 counter-notices filed.
